To rectify errors in your old Jamabandi records through the Parimarjan Plus portal in Bihar, follow these steps:
  1. Access the Portal:

  2. Registration:

    • If you're a new user, click on the 'Registration' option.
    • Fill in your personal details, including your name, email ID, and mobile number.
    • Complete the registration process by following the on-screen instructions
  3. Login:

    • After registering, log in to the portal using your credentials.
  4. Submit Application for Rectification:

    • Once logged in, select the appropriate option for rectification:
      • For errors in old Jamabandi records, choose 'Rectification in Old Jamabandi'.
      • For errors in Jamabandi created after online mutation, select 'Rectification in Jamabandi which is Created after Online Mutation'.
    • Click on 'Proceed' to continue.
    • Fill out the application form with accurate property details and specify the corrections needed.
    • Upload the required documents to support your application.
    • Submit the application.
  5. Track Application Status:

    • To monitor the status of your application, use the 'Track Application' feature available on the portal.

Required Documents: Ensure you have the following documents ready for upload:

  • Proof of ownership (e.g., sale deed, title deed).
