5. General Instructions for Candidates
Registration is mandatory for applying online.
Your mobile number and email ID must be unique and valid. They will be used for registration and all future communications.
Throughout the examination process, it is crucial that you keep your mobile number and email address active and accessible. There is no provision for changing these details once registered.
Only one registration is allowed per candidate
It is essential to provide accurate information during registration. Any false information found will result in the cancellation of your candidature.
In the case of 80% disability, 20 minutes extra will be allotted to the candidate.
6. Mandatory document required to fill the Application Form
Matriculation Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
Intermediate/Diploma Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
LLB 3 Years/LLB 5 Years Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
Passport size photograph: (jpg or png, Minimum 4KB,Maximum 1 MB).
Signature photograph: (jpg or png, Minimum 4KB,Maximum 1 MB).
Enrollment Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
Category Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
Disability Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
A. SignUp
Visit the Registration Portal.
Click on the "Register" button to begin the registration process.
Applicant's Name: Enter your full name exactly as it appears on State Bar Council Enrolment Certificate. Please do not use any other name.
Mobile Number: Provide a 10-digit mobile number that is unique to you. This mobile number will be used for communication purposes, so make sure it is valid and active.
Email: Enter a valid email address that is unique to you. This email will also be used for communication, so ensure it is active and accessible.
Password and Confirm Password: Create a password that adheres to the specified policy. Confirm the password to ensure accuracy.
Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
Enter the OTP: You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on the provided mobile number and email address. Enter the OTP in the designated field for verification.
Click on the "Verify OTP" button: This will confirm the OTP and proceed with the registration process. A message will appear indicating successful OTP confirmation.
After successful registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email and SMS to the provided email address and mobile number respectively.
B. Fill Application Form and Upload Documents
To access your account and apply for the desired post, enter your Login ID and password on the login page.
Fill out all the required fields in the Application form.
Fill in the education qualification details prescribed for the Course.
Upload passport size photograph: (jpg or png, Maximum 1 MB).
Upload Signature: (jpg or png, Maximum 1 MB).
Upload Enrollment Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
Upload the category and Disability Certificate if applicable: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
For Preview click on the "preview" button, you will be redirected to the Preview Application page.
After successful submission of the online application, Candidates are required to pay the application fee mandatorily.
C. Payment
Click on "Payment" button to complete your payment.
After successful Payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address.
Click on "Print" to save the application form for future reference.
If the payment of the fee is made through online (e-payment) and due to some difficulties, the candidate is not sure whether the payment is processed or not, then please go to menu click on "My Application" and check your transaction status to check whether your payment is successful or not.
