31 (iii) (एल) अंतिम पंक्ति के अनुसार फॉर्म तीन प्रतियों में मुद्रित किए जाएंगे, . Best Example : Affidavit Form of District Bar Association, Patna. First Part : Bar Association Copy Second Part : Advocate Copy Third Part : Court Copy सर्वोत्तम उदाहरण: जिला बार एसोसिएशन, पटना का शपथ पत्र प्रपत्र। पहला भाग: बार एसोसिएशन कॉपी दूसरा भाग: अधिवक्ता प्रति तीसरा भाग: कोर्ट कॉपी All the copies are attached with each others. सभी प्रतियाँ एक दूसरे के साथ संलग्न हैं। Advocate will return the copy to bar association. Bar association shall return the copy to Bihar State Bar Council, Patna. The number should be uniform.
